Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

Torii Prediction Platform ("Sponsor"), admin@toriipredict.com. Prize sponsors for a specific contest, if any, will be announced with that contest.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older (or the age of majority in their state, if higher) when they enter. Employees of Sponsor and of any prize sponsor, and their immediate families and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Contest period

Each board's contest period is shown on that board. Unless stated otherwise, contests end at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2026. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter (free)

Create a free account at toriipredict.com. Each account gets 1,000 Torii tokens to use on the prediction boards. Limit one account per person. Multiple, automated or fake accounts may be disqualified.

5. Torii tokens

Torii tokens are free game points. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, traded or transferred, and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes except as stated in these rules.

6. Prize and winner selection

The prize for each contest is described on that board or announcement. At the end of the contest period, the prize goes to the entrant at the top of the applicable leaderboard, ranked by Torii token total after all markets are settled. Ties are broken by the earlier time the final total was reached. The odds of winning depend on the entrant's skill and the number of participants. Prizes are not transferable, and no cash or substitution is allowed except at Sponsor's discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.

7. Market settlement

Markets settle on the publicly verifiable result named in each market. Sponsor's settlement decisions are final. Sponsor may void a market that cannot be fairly settled, in which case wagered tokens are returned. Each board keeps five prediction markets open at all times; when one settles, a new one opens. All markets resolve by 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2026.

8. Verification and notification

Potential winners are notified at their account email and may be required to confirm their eligibility, identity and age, and to sign an affidavit and release, within 7 days. If a potential winner doesn't respond, can't be verified or is ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible finisher.

9. Taxes

All taxes on a prize are the winner's sole responsibility. Winners of prizes worth $600 or more may need to provide a W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099.

10. General conditions

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the site, abuses the platform or breaks these rules. Sponsor may cancel, suspend or change a contest if fraud, technical failure or any other cause affects its fairness. By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, and release Sponsor from liability for participating or accepting a prize, as permitted by law.

11. No affiliation

This platform is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Barstool Sports, X Corp., or any show, personality, league, team or event mentioned on it. All trademarks belong to their owners.

12. Privacy and winners list

Entrant information is used to run the contest. For a winners list, email admin@toriipredict.com within 60 days after a contest ends.
